Who is walking my dog and is it always the same person?

Yes! it is always either Lisa or a bonded, insured, and First Aid Certified member of the Pawfect Strollers team.

What Methods of Payment can I use?

  1. CASH- we accept cash with invoicing being done every two weeks on Fridays. If change cannot be provided that day, a credit will be applied to your account.

  2. INTERACT EMAIL MONEY TRANSFER- please be aware that your bank may charge a fee for this service.

How much notice do you need to walk my dog?

The weekly schedule is done every Sunday for the week ahead. The sooner you know your schedule the better! Service requests that are submitted AFTER noon on SUNDAY are not guaranteed are on a first-come first-served basis. However, we will make every attempt to care for your dog so do not hesitate to ask!

What happens in inclement weather?

All walks are completed as scheduled unless there is a safety issue (thunderstorms, severe ice, wind). In such cases, your dog will be let outside on-leash to quickly to his/her business with the remainder of allotted time spent indoors playing, cuddling, tricks training.

 

What safety measures are in place in response to COVID-19?

We are taking every precaution to ensure our safety and the safety of all our clients. This includes washing our hands frequently throughout the day, sanitizing between dogs, wearing face masks inside homes, minimizing amount of time in the home and items touched, maintaining social distance with others while on walks, and washing and sanitizing leashes as needed.

What happens if I need to cancel?

Do not worry!! I get that life happens! Once the weekly schedule has been made you have up to 3 cancellations in a given month without any penalty. Simply cancel through the Precise Petcare App and we will take care of the rest. Exception to this is same-day cancellations (Ie. after midnight). Same-day cancellations are charged at the regular rate.
